Day 01     Arrive San Jose
Upon arrival to Juan Santamaria International Airport, our representative will meet you to give you the warmest welcome Costa Rica. You will be transfered to your hotel. Overnight at Quality Real Hotel or Meliá Cariari Hotel

Day 02     Transfer to Sarapiqui / Canopy Tour
Located in the northeastern region of the country and bordered by Nicaragua in the north, Sarapiqui is a popular tourist destination mainly for adventure seekers . This region is also well known as there are a number of wildlife and nature reserves nearby. Fast becoming an important ecotourism destination in Costa Rica, Sarapiqui lies near the base of the Cordillera Central range. Today you will enjoy and adventure activity very popular in Costa Rica: The Canopy Tour: With a total of 12 cables and 17 platforms, 7 of which are build on trees between 60 and 90 feet high. this unique experience will take you through a canyon where you start from the edge at the ground and after several tree and ground platforms you end at a landing platform on the ground crossing the canyon 2 or 3 times. First of all it´s equipment placement on guests and explanation of its function . A tractor wagon will take you through an enjoyable ride to the launching site of the tour. On the site you will get an instructions and safety presentation, after which you are ready for the experience of your life. Overnight at Selva Verde Lodge or Sueño Azul

Day 03     Rafting Sarapiqui
Enjoy the best rafting trip in the Sarapiqui River. It is done between two little communities La Virgen and Chilamate. It is a very safe section for it is formed by continuous rapids of crystal clear still water pools. On this trip you can enjoy of four rapids class II and twenty class III, all of them of a good technical level. The Sarapiqui River characterizes by its crystal clear non polluted waters, this allows the tourists to enjoy a landscape full of natural life which they discover thanks to the assistance of our naturalist guides. In the middle of the way, a stop will be made in one of the river sides, a still water area where tourists will be able to swim. Overnight at Overnight at Selva Verde Lodge or Sueño Azul

Day 04     Transfer to Arenal Area
Today you will be transfered to the northern region of the country, Arenal In this area is where the majestic Arenal Volcano is located. Arenal Volcano is one of the 5 volcanoes that are active in Costa Rica. In a wonderful night, with no clouds you can see the red lava coming down! Another “highlight” of the area is Tabacon Hot Springs where you can safely bear witness to nature's most powerful force as Arenal erupts in a display of awesome energy. The best place for a relaxing swim on the thermal waters! Overnight at Volcano Lodge or Montaña de Fuego. (breakfast included)

Day 05     Horseback Riding to La Fortuna Waterfall
The length of the tour is approximately four hours; from La Fortuna we have to go 5 ½ kilometers to the southeast. We spend 1 ½ hours to get to the rest site of the horses. After that you have to walk five hundred meters into the forest to get to the waterfall, which is 70 meters high. At the base of the waterfall there is a “natural pool” where we can swim for about one hour. Overnight at Volcano Lodge or Montaña de Fuego. (breakfast included)

Day 06     Transfer to San José
Today you will be transfered to the capital of Costa Rica for your last night in Costa Rica. Overnight at Quality Real Hotel or Meliá Cariari Hotel. (breakfast included)

Day 07     Depart San Jose
Our representative will pick you up at your hotel in order to transfer you to the International Airport. (breakfast included)
