Day 01 Depart Canada
Your journey begins with your transPacific flight to China. Move your watch a day ahead as you cross the International Dateline.
Day 02 Arrival at Beijing
Welcome to Beijing, the political and cultural centre of the world's most populous nation. You will be met by your friendly guide and transferred to the 5-Star Prime Hotel
Day 03 Beijing
Full day City Tour to Tian An Men Square, the largest public plaza in the world and the Forbidden City which houses numerous priceless treasures. Two-dozen emperors lived here from the 15th to the early 20th century. Also visit the beautiful Summer Palace. (B/L/D)
Day 04 Beijing
On a daylong excursion you will walk the mighty Great Wall. It is the only man-made structure visible from the moon - stretching across China for about 4000 miles. En route, you will also visit the ancient Changling Tomb; the largest and best preserved of the 13 Ming Tombs near Beijing. Walk on the Sacred Way, (Shen Dao) which means 'the road leading to Heaven', to the imperial tombs. (B/L/D)
Day 05 Beijing
Tour the Temple of Heaven to see local people doing Taiji(Tai Chi) and morning exercises. Enjoy a Hutong Tour, Peking Duck dinner, and cultural show. (B/L/D)
Day 06 Depart Beijing
Say goodbye to China as you are transferred to the airport to fly home. (B)
